CONVAIYThis policy applies to Convaiy's website, customer accounts, and ChatGPT plugin.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Convaiy collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use convaiy.com, a Convaiy account, or the Convaiy Support Plugin in ChatGPT. It does not replace the privacy terms of OpenAI, Stripe, Google, or another service you choose to use with Convaiy.
2. Information You Provide
We may receive your name, email address, business name, organization or team membership, and information you submit through the site or plugin. Plugin submissions may include assessment answers, business goals, software used at work, descriptions of work and repeated tasks, authorized AI-usage summaries or prompt text, and support requests. Convaiy does not automatically receive your complete ChatGPT conversation history. It receives information only when you start an assessment, authorize collection, or approve a support request.
3. Account, Subscription, and Technical Information
We maintain account identifiers, sign-in and authorization details, organization links, subscription and seat status, invitation status, service timestamps, and limited security or diagnostic records. Payments are processed by Stripe. Convaiy may retain Stripe customer, checkout, or subscription references, but does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, connect the plugin to the correct organization, provide assessments and managed AI support, organize submitted projects and usage summaries, respond to support requests, administer subscriptions and seats, communicate about the service, prevent abuse, maintain and improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service, such as Supabase for account and service data, Stripe for billing, and Google for scheduling when you choose that option; with OpenAI as part of your use of ChatGPT and the plugin; with your organization when needed to administer its Convaiy service; or when required for security, legal compliance, or a business transfer. Shared software suggestions contain only the software name and do not identify the person or organization that added it. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may disconnect the Convaiy plugin through your ChatGPT connection settings. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information Convaiy controls. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law, for security, or to complete legitimate business records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
8. Children
Convaiy is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site, service, or another appropriate channel.
