What to include
Tell us the email address used for your Convaiy account, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Include the error message or a screenshot if helpful. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or private information that is not needed to solve the problem.
Plugin and account help
We can help with signing in, connecting the plugin, assessments, authorized AI-usage reviews, saved results, and support requests. If the plugin loses access, reconnect it from your ChatGPT connection settings and try again.
