ConvaiyText replies and service updates
When you opt in, Convaiy may send SMS messages to the mobile number you provide in response to your texts and about your service. These include support replies, scheduling and appointment updates, and service updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology. This program does not include promotional messages.
Your choice
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Convaiy services. By opting in, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Tell us if your number changes.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your conversations and service needs. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email trevor@convaiy.com. You can also request an opt-out by email. Opting out of texts does not cancel your Convaiy service.
Privacy
We record your name, mobile number, consent wording, and submission date to document your choice. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
